All changes, even the most longed for, have their melancholy; for what we leave behind us is a part of ourselves; we must die to one life before we can enter another. ~Anatole France
Nice house and a even nicer family. You all will be missed more then you know.
That lawn will never look the same!
We walked upon an empty lot one day and knew it was the place to call our home. A simple idea turned to be more troublesome than planned, but our home was finally completed and we moved onto our little piece of earth…and we were satisfied.
Over time, we learned to know our neighbors….and we were happy. What a wonderful group of people that have touched our lives. This has been a special place, and a special time that we will never forget.
We will not say goodbye, but will continue on and keep all of you in our hearts and cherrish the time we have left here and plan to continue a lifetime of friendship.
Lookin’ back
On the memory of
The dance we shared
Beneath the stars above
And for a moment
All the world was right
But how could I have known
That you’d ever say goodbye
And now
I’m glad I didn’t know
The way it all would end
The way it all would go
Our lives
Are better left to chance
I could have missed the pain
But I’da had to miss the dance
Holding you
I held everything
And for a moment
Wasn’t I a king
But if I’d only known
How the king would fall
Hey who’s to say
You know I might have changed it all
And now
I’m glad I didn’t know
The way it all would end
The way it all would go
Our lives
Are better left to chance
I could have missed the pain
But I’da had to miss the dance
Yes my life
It’s better left to chance
I could’ve missed the pain
But I’da had to miss
The dance
Arg… no turning back now…
